XGenius LLC dba Hire Genius (https://HireGeni.us) collects information you provide in order to contact you about services you’re interested in.

Data we collect may include personal data, such as name, email address, personal account preferences; transactional data, such as purchase information; and technical data, such as information about cookies.

Personal data is also generated from technical processes such as contact forms, comments, cookies, analytics, and third party embeds.

By default Hire Genius does not collect any personal data about visitors, and only collects the data you submit through our forms.

Contact forms

Contact forms collect name, email and phone number. Contact form submissions are stored indefinitely for customer service purposes, but we do not rent, sell or share this information with any third parties.

Hire Genius does not share any personal data with anyone.

How long we retain your data

We keep contact form entries indefinitely, analytics records for a year, and customer purchase records for ten years.

Data is stored on our web host (WPX), CloudFlare and Google Analytics.
